In this role you’ll engage directly with senior stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotech ecosystem — including Heads of Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Compliance and Learning & Development. You’ll lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation to delivering tailored demos, managing negotiations and closing deals. Operating across the UK and wider EMEA region, you’ll help shape the company’s life sciences strategy, partnering with innovative clients to transform how they deliver compliance and technical learning. Success will be measured by your ability to open new markets, grow revenue and establish long-term client relationships that fuel sustainable expansion.
You’ll bring proven B2B solution-sales experience, ideally selling into pharma, biotech or other regulated industries, with confidence discussing GxP, pharmacovigilance and patient-safety learning. Whether your background is in LMS and eLearning, clinical technology, or compliance solutions, you’ll be a consultative seller who thrives on driving new business and engaging C-suite decision-makers. Self-motivated and commercially sharp, you’re a natural hunter who enjoys the freedom of remote work while staying connected to a London-based commercial team through regular collaboration.
