Are you an ambitious sales professional who loves developing new business with corporate clients and driving commercial growth? We have been mandated by our client, a market-leading provider of professional and compliance training, to find a Sales Consultant for their growing Investigations Division. With 40 staff in the UK and part of a global business employing over 600 people with revenues of £125 million, our client is expanding due to strong demand from corporate and commercial organisations. This is a superb opportunity for a motivated B2B salesperson to join a high-performing team at an exciting stage of growth.

You’ll be responsible for developing new relationships with companies across a diverse range of industries, selling professional training solutions that enhance investigation and compliance capabilities. The role combines strategic prospecting, account development, and consultative sales conversations to identify training needs and match them with the right solutions. You’ll manage a mix of public course and in-house training opportunities, working toward a monthly revenue target through proactive outreach and intelligent follow-up. Success comes from understanding the client’s world, connecting with decision-makers, and providing value-led recommendations.

We’re looking for confident communicators with around 12–24 months of B2B or telephone-based sales experience who are hungry to learn and progress. You’ll bring curiosity, resilience, and a professional approach to every interaction, with the ability to uncover opportunities and convert interest into results. Experience selling training, education, or professional services would be beneficial, but it’s not essential – attitude, commercial thinking, and adaptability are what matter most.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, supportive business that invests in its people and rewards high performance. Expect structured onboarding, strong leadership, and the freedom to build your client base in a growing market. The company operates a hybrid working model, with time in the City of London office twice a week for collaboration and development. Interviews are taking place shortly – apply early to avoid disappointment.
