​Are you a German-speaking consultative sales professional ready to influence how organisations develop their people? We’re working exclusively with a global leader in learning and development solutions that is expanding its EMEA commercial team due to sustained growth in client demand. Employing thousands of people worldwide and generating revenues in the hundreds of millions, our client partners with organisations to elevate leadership capability and workforce performance. They are now seeking a Senior Business Development Partner to grow their footprint across the DACH region, while being UK-based.

This role focuses on developing senior-level relationships with HR, L&D and business leaders across enterprise organisations. You’ll engage clients in meaningful conversations about leadership development, organisational capability and performance improvement, positioning blended learning and development solutions that drive real outcomes. Working across complex sales cycles, you’ll shape opportunities from initial engagement through to long-term partnership. Success in this role is measured by revenue growth, client impact and trusted-advisor status.

We’re looking for a commercially minded individual with experience selling consultative B2B solutions, ideally within learning, professional services, HR, or people-focused environments. You must be a native or fluent German speaker, comfortable operating in English within an international business. Strong stakeholder management, influencing and presentation skills are essential, along with the ambition to build long-term client relationships. This role will suit someone who enjoys solution selling and thrives in a values-driven, high-growth environment.
