​Are you an ambitious graduate or early-career sales professional looking to break into IT sales and build a long-term commercial career? We are working exclusively with a 50-person IT Value Added Reseller near the Surrey/Hampshire borders that is expanding its commercial team and investing in future sales talent. This role has been created to develop the next generation of account managers within a structured and high-performing sales environment. If you are motivated by progression, learning and earnings growth, this could be your entry point into the IT sector.

You will join as part of a growth plan and learn how to prospect, qualify and build relationships with commercial clients in the private sector. The role involves structured outbound activity, engaging decision-makers and gradually developing your own client portfolio. You will be trained to understand IT infrastructure solutions and how businesses use technology to improve performance and security. Over time, you will move into a full 360 account management role with ownership of your own desk.

We are looking for graduates or individuals with 12–18 months of sales experience who are commercially curious and proactive. An interest in IT is highly desirable — whether that’s building your own PCs, following technology trends or studying a related subject. You should be confident on the phone, resilient, organised and motivated by measurable targets. Most importantly, you must want a career in IT sales rather than just another sales job.
