Due to strategic growth and investment, they are now hiring a Business Development Representative to accelerate outbound pipeline generation and support enterprise-level sales.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of outbound prospecting into C-level, HR and Talent Leaders within mid-market and enterprise organisations. You’ll lead intelligent outreach campaigns, qualify opportunities and schedule high-value discovery meetings for the senior sales team. Using tools such as CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io, you’ll run multi-touch outreach sequences that create meaningful engagement. The success of this role will directly fuel new revenue growth while opening up high-potential markets across the UK, France and Germany.
We’re looking for driven and commercially curious talent with 1–2 years of B2B sales or lead generation experience in a results-focused environment. You’ll naturally bring energy, resilience and a challenger mindset to your conversations, and you thrive in roles where you can demonstrate ambition and progression. Native or fluent French or German language skills alongside strong business English are essential for this role.
