​Are you motivated by driving multi-million revenue growth through renewals and expansions, while navigating complex global client portfolios? We are working exclusively with a global organisation with several hundred staff and multimillion-pound turnover to appoint a Senior Account Manager. This new role has been created to strengthen the UK team due to the increasing scale of their international client base. It represents a fantastic opportunity to make an impact by managing high-value HR solutions accounts across the UK, EMEA and beyond.

As Senior Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio that includes global clients operating in over 100 countries. You’ll work closely with board-level executives and Chief People Officers, building long-term partnerships that deliver measurable impact on people strategy. The outcomes you’ll drive will be focused on renewal of strategic accounts, expansion into new services, and positioning your organisation as a trusted advisor in the HR community. This role combines commercial responsibility with the satisfaction of influencing the future of work for leading employers.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in enterprise account management, ideally within HR services or solutions. You’ll be comfortable leading complex negotiations, building stakeholder maps, and managing multi-threaded renewal conversations. Your background will demonstrate success in consultative, value-based selling to senior leaders, and you’ll bring the resilience and strategic mindset required to grow a multi-million-pound portfolio. This is a role for someone who enjoys engaging at board level and who thrives on both relationship building and delivering measurable results.

The package includes a base salary of £60,000–£70,000 with OTE of £120,000–£140,000, plus private healthcare, pension, and international travel opportunities.
