Are you a confident communicator who thrives on winning new business and building relationships within the public sector? We have been mandated by our client, a leading provider of professional compliance training, to recruit a Sales Consultant to join their expanding Investigations Division. With around 40 staff in the UK and part of a global business employing over 600 people with revenues exceeding £125 million, our client is growing due to increased demand from Local Authorities and public bodies. This expansion has created an exciting opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional to make a measurable impact and advance their career.

This role is all about consultative selling, relationship building, and developing new business opportunities across the public sector. You’ll be engaging with professionals responsible for investigations and regulatory compliance, helping them identify the right training solutions to support their teams. The company’s training portfolio includes public courses and bespoke in-house programmes, with sales values ranging from one-day courses to large-scale in-house training contracts. Success in this position means achieving monthly revenue targets through proactive outbound sales, managing inbound leads, and delivering excellent client service.

We’re looking for articulate, commercially aware individuals with 12–24 months of B2B or telephone-based sales experience who are ready to step into a role that combines outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and genuine client partnership. You’ll need to be naturally curious, research-driven, and confident identifying decision-makers and building rapport. Previous experience in training, events, or professional services sales would be an advantage, but above all, we’re looking for drive, resilience, and a passion for professional growth.

Our client offers a supportive and collaborative culture where effort and achievement are recognised. You’ll benefit from structured onboarding, strong managerial support, and clear career progression within a respected international group. The company operates a hybrid model with office attendance on Wednesdays and Thursdays, ensuring balance between team interaction and autonomy. Interviews are taking place shortly – apply early to avoid disappointment.
