We are working exclusively with a fast-growing, investment-backed pharma technology company operating at the intersection of SaaS, data, and pricing & market access. With circa 100 employees globally and revenues in excess of £10m, the business partners with many of the world’s top pharmaceutical organisations and is entering its next phase of North American expansion. As part of this growth, they are hiring a Senior Account Manager to take ownership of an established portfolio of US-based clients and drive meaningful revenue expansion across existing relationships.
This is not a passive renewals role, but a commercially focused account management position with a clear mandate to grow revenue year-on-year. You will inherit a live book of business and work with sophisticated pharmaceutical customers across pricing, market access, HEOR, and commercial strategy teams. The role requires building deep, multi-threaded relationships, identifying white space, and expanding usage across drugs, platforms, and functions. Success is measured through renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-year expansion rather than logo acquisition.
The ideal candidate is a senior, commercially minded account manager with experience selling SaaS, data, or consulting solutions into pharma or biotech. You will have a proven track record of managing and growing complex enterprise accounts, navigating senior stakeholders, and leading commercial negotiations. Experience within pricing, market access, HEOR, or adjacent life sciences domains is highly advantageous, as is exposure to scale-up or PE-backed environments. Intellectually curious, credible, and relationship-led, you are comfortable owning outcomes and operating with autonomy.
The company operates a high-trust, adult culture where performance and impact matter more than optics. This is a remote-first role, with a strong preference for candidates based on the US East Coast, aligned to longer-term plans to establish a hub in Boston or New Jersey. The compensation package includes a base salary of $100,000–$125,000 with OTE of $160,000–$185,000, alongside strong benefits, generous holiday allowance, and uncapped commission.
