Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare outcomes by strengthening key NHS and life sciences partnerships in a rapidly expanding health data environment? We are working exclusively with an innovative, high-growth organisation of 50+ people generating strong multi-million-pound revenues as they continue to scale their impact across the UK and Europe. Retained to support this critical hire, we are recruiting a Key Account Manager to help drive deeper engagement with complex healthcare customers as demand for high-quality real-world evidence continues to accelerate. This role has been created to support sustained growth and to ensure their most strategic accounts receive the insight, collaboration and partnership required to maximise value and long-term outcomes.

In this position, you’ll take ownership of high-value NHS, health system and life sciences accounts, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful, evidence-led insights. You’ll develop account plans, nurture multi-level relationships and guide customers through data-driven solutions that support population health, clinical decision-making and service improvement. Your success will come from identifying opportunities for deeper adoption, facilitating impactful use-cases and ensuring customers achieve measurable value across their organisations. You’ll partner cross-functionally with clinical, data and product teams to shape solutions that truly move the dial in healthcare.

You will bring significant experience of managing complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare accounts, ideally within NHS, healthtech, life sciences, digital health or data-driven environments. You’ll be confident operating with clinicians, decision-makers and senior leaders, with the credibility to influence and navigate sophisticated customer landscapes. A proactive, relationship-centred approach is essential, alongside strong commercial judgement and a passion for improving healthcare through better use of real-world data. If you thrive in roles that blend strategic account leadership with mission-led purpose, this will be an exceptional fit.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, mission-driven team where curiosity, compassion and continuous improvement are deeply valued. With a hybrid working model requiring two days each week in their central London HQ, you’ll enjoy both flexibility and a strong sense of connection with colleagues. The package includes a competitive salary of £50,000–£70,000 plus bonus, private health insurance, training allowance and a supportive environment committed to your growth.
