Our client, a global learning technology provider with 300+ employees and international operations, develops digital platforms and managed services that help highly regulated industries manage compliance, training and workforce capability. CN Sales Recruitment have been exclusively mandated to identify a commercially driven Enterprise Sales Manager to expand the organisation’s presence within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. The appointment comes at a pivotal stage of growth as the business accelerates adoption of its HR technology and workforce compliance platforms within major life sciences organisations.

This role focuses on developing strategic enterprise opportunities with global pharmaceutical, biotechnology and life sciences companies. You will lead consultative sales engagements with stakeholders across learning & development, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, clinical operations and compliance functions. Working with senior decision makers, you will position digital learning platforms, GxP-compliant training solutions and managed services designed to support regulated workforce environments. Success in the role will involve identifying high-value opportunities, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and closing strategic technology partnerships with global life sciences organisations.

We are seeking an enterprise sales professional who has successfully sold technology or managed services solutions into regulated industries. Experience selling into pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device organisations would be particularly valuable, especially where compliance, regulatory training or workforce capability programmes are involved. You will be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and progressing complex, multi-stage enterprise sales cycles within large organisations. A consultative approach, strong commercial instinct and the ability to build credibility around topics such as GxP compliance and regulated learning environments will be essential.

You will work closely with an experienced leadership team while developing relationships with some of the world’s most recognised pharmaceutical organisations. The role offers a £60K–£90K basic salary with uncapped commission and six-figure earning potential (£100K–£140K OTE) alongside a comprehensive corporate benefits package including pension, healthcare and paid leave.
