We have been retained to support our client — a leading membership organisation in the data & analytics community with a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans. Due to continued demand from enterprise accounts and success in the market, they are expanding their Client Success function with this newly created role.
As a Membership Client Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of senior-level corporate members. You’ll ensure they achieve full value from their membership, drive onboarding and adoption, secure renewals and proactively identify growth and upsell opportunities. You’ll engage with senior stakeholders across diverse industries, facilitate high-level discussions, and support knowledge-sharing among data & analytics leaders. Your success will be measured by client satisfaction and your contribution to the organisation’s commercial momentum.
You’ll be an ambitious and energetic professional with a proven background in client success, account management or B2B sales — ideally within information services, memberships or high-value professional services. You’re confident engaging senior stakeholders, balancing commercial targets with long-term relationship building. Clear communication, strong organisational ability and a disciplined work ethic will set you apart. Familiarity with data & analytics is a strong plus (but not essential).
