Can you help organisations navigate workforce change while building commercially valuable partnerships? We are working exclusively with a global people advisory and certification organisation employing over 400 staff worldwide and growing rapidly year on year. This retained search supports expansion within their UK & Ireland commercial team following internal progression and restructuring. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in engaging organisations undergoing transformation, growth, or workforce transition.

You will be responsible for opening conversations with HR leaders seeking structured, insight-led solutions to support people strategy and organisational change. The role involves positioning advisory-led programmes that enhance employer credibility, people practices, and long-term workforce outcomes. You will manage multi-stakeholder buying journeys and develop pipelines through targeted outbound and social selling. Success comes from understanding client challenges and translating them into measurable, value-based solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years’ experience in B2B new business sales within HR consultancy, talent solutions, or professional services. You will be comfortable selling intangible, outcomes-driven solutions into senior HR audiences. Strong communication skills, resilience, and a consultative mindset are essential. Experience with longer sales cycles and enterprise clients will be advantageous.

This organisation offers a collaborative, purpose-driven culture with clear progression opportunities and international exposure. The role is remote-first with fortnightly attendance at the Hertfordshire HQ and travel as required. Remuneration includes a £50,000–£60,000 base salary plus bonus, private healthcare, pension, generous leave, phone allowance, home office support, and a development budget.
