​Are you a consultative Business Development professional skilled in target account selling and navigating multi-stakeholder buying journeys? We are exclusively partnered with a global organisation of 400+ employees and 20% year-on-year revenue growth, operating across 121 countries and shaping the future of people excellence. Our client has mandated us to appoint a Business Development Manager as part of an exciting commercial expansion within the UK&I region. This position has been created to support growth following internal promotion and increased market demand for their high-value HR insights and certification solutions. In this role, you will lead consultative sales cycles, engage senior HR stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships with large multinational companies. You will design and execute account plans, map complex buying journeys, and deliver compelling value propositions anchored in people analytics and organisational excellence. This is a high-impact position focused on new client acquisition, supported by strong marketing, insights and programme delivery teams. Your outcomes will directly contribute to market growth, revenue expansion, and increased adoption of a globally recognised HR framework.

To succeed, you will be an ambitious, commercially driven sales professional with 3–5 years’ experience in B2B new business roles. You will bring proven expertise in target account selling, social selling, multi-stakeholder engagement, and delivering consultative, insight-led conversations with HR or C-suite audiences. Experience in HR Tech, analytics, SaaS, insights, professional services or people-related solutions will be highly advantageous. You will be energised by building pipeline, influencing senior leaders, and shaping new partnerships in a values-led and growth-focused organisation.

You will be joining a company known for its human-centric culture, global collaboration and commitment to personal development, offering clear pathways into Senior BDM or Senior Account Manager roles. The position offers a base salary of £45,000–£55,000 with an achievable OTE of £70K–£80K plus excellent benefits.
