With a 50-person team, £3M ARR in 2024, and ambitious growth plans, they’re now hiring an Account Executive to drive new business as demand continues to rise across the construction sector.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, building relationships with developers, contractors, and project consultants to help them modernise reporting and risk management. Partnering with a dedicated SDR, you’ll work consultatively to identify pain points and present technology that streamlines workflows, improves collaboration, and reduces inefficiencies. The platform is already widely adopted in commercial real estate, and you’ll help expand its footprint into the construction ecosystem.
We’re looking for a commercially minded new business specialist with SaaS or solution sales experience and a strong understanding of the construction or built environment sectors. You’ll be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders — such as project directors, QS consultants, and commercial managers — and skilled at articulating value in a complex, technical space. A structured sales process (MEDDIC or Challenger) and a consultative, relationship-led approach will set you apart.
