​Are you a commercially minded Account Manager capable of driving renewal uplift, enterprise account growth and strategic client engagement within global financial institutions? CN Sales Recruitment is working in partnership with a global financial services learning and consulting provider that supports leading investment banks, asset managers, insurers and sovereign wealth funds across APAC, EMEA and North America. With an established international footprint, strong recurring revenues and a growing presence across the APAC market, our client is expanding its Singapore commercial team as part of a wider global growth strategy. This newly created Strategic Account Manager position has been introduced to strengthen customer retention, expand key enterprise accounts and develop the next generation of commercially focused client leaders within the organisation.

The successful candidate will inherit a portfolio of high-value financial services clients across Singapore, Hong Kong and the wider APAC region, taking ownership of renewals, stakeholder engagement and in-account revenue expansion. Working closely with senior commercial leadership, you will identify white-space opportunities across leadership development, regulatory training, transformation advisory and professional learning solutions within some of the world’s most recognisable banking institutions. The role combines strategic account development with consultative client engagement, requiring someone capable of building trusted relationships with programme managers, business leaders and executive stakeholders across complex organisations. You will operate in a highly visible commercial role where performance is measured on account growth, client retention, renewal uplift and long-term partnership development.

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven relationship manager with experience selling learning, compliance, consulting or regulated solutions into the financial services sector. Candidates from financial learning providers, regulatory technology firms, governance and compliance businesses, professional education organisations or consultative B2B solution environments are particularly relevant for this opportunity. You should demonstrate experience managing complex enterprise accounts, growing existing client relationships and navigating multiple stakeholders within regulated or banking-led environments. Exposure to CRM-led pipeline management, commercial forecasting and strategic account planning will be important, alongside the credibility and communication skills required to engage senior decision-makers within global institutions.

The Singapore office is based within the Paya Lebar commercial hub, one of Singapore’s rapidly expanding business districts with direct MRT connectivity and a strong concentration of multinational organisations and corporate offices. The package on offer includes a base salary of SGD $95,000-$120,000 alongside a performance-related bonus structure, hybrid working and long-term career progression into senior commercial leadership or Regional Director responsibilities.
