Can you build strategic relationships within Asia-Pacific's leading financial institutions and turn complex learning challenges into six-figure commercial opportunities? Our client, a global learning solutions provider with circa 300 employees worldwide, has mandated CN Sales Recruitment to identify a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across the APAC region. Following continued expansion and increasing demand from banking and financial services clients, the business is investing in a commercially focused individual to accelerate both new logo acquisition and growth within existing enterprise accounts. Based in Singapore, this is a high-profile role with direct exposure to senior leadership and responsibility for a strategically important territory.

This position focuses on selling blended learning solutions, including instructor-led training, executive education, leadership development, compliance programmes and technology-enabled learning solutions to some of the world's leading banks and financial institutions. Working closely with HR, Learning & Development, business leaders and senior stakeholders, you will identify capability gaps and create tailored learning solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. Whilst the role is heavily focused on winning new business, there is also significant opportunity to expand existing client relationships and increase wallet share across established accounts. Key markets include Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and, importantly, Hong Kong, where the business sees substantial growth potential.

We are seeking an ambitious enterprise sales professional with a proven track record of developing new business and managing complex consultative sales cycles. You may currently be working within learning solutions, professional education, corporate training, workforce development, talent solutions or a related enterprise services environment. Experience selling into banking, financial services, insurance, capital markets or highly regulated sectors will be particularly valuable. Exposure to the Hong Kong market would be highly advantageous, as would experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across HR, L&D and operational business functions.

The package includes a base salary of SGD 120,000-150,000 together with a performance-based commission plan offering approximately SGD 63,000 in additional earnings.
