​Can you open strategic enterprise relationships, win complex regional banking opportunities and drive portfolio growth across APAC within the financial services learning and consulting sector? CN Sales Recruitment is working in partnership with a global financial services learning and advisory provider supporting leading investment banks, private banks, insurers, asset managers and sovereign wealth funds internationally. As part of a significant commercial growth phase, our client is seeking a Singapore-based Regional Director to lead strategic client acquisition and expand existing enterprise relationships throughout the APAC region. This role represents a high-profile commercial appointment focused on accelerating regional growth, increasing market penetration and building deeper C-suite engagement across some of the world’s most sophisticated financial institutions.

The Regional Director will lead enterprise-level consultative sales activity across APAC, managing complex sales cycles involving leadership development, transformation advisory, regulatory learning and strategic capability programmes. You will be responsible for developing new logo business while simultaneously expanding a portfolio of larger, strategically important accounts across Singapore, Hong Kong and broader regional markets. The position requires a commercially sophisticated seller capable of navigating multiple stakeholders, building long-term trusted partnerships and identifying high-value expansion opportunities across large matrix organisations. Reporting into global leadership, the successful individual will play a central role in shaping regional commercial strategy and will have the opportunity to influence future regional structure and leadership direction as the business continues to scale.

We are particularly interested in speaking with senior enterprise sales professionals who have experience selling learning solutions, compliance services, advisory programmes, consulting services or strategic capability solutions into financial institutions across APAC. Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record of winning new enterprise business, managing sophisticated client relationships and influencing executive stakeholders within complex regulated markets. Experience operating within high-performance consultative sales environments with accountability for forecasting, pipeline management, strategic account development and commercial negotiations will be essential. Exposure to financial services learning, governance, compliance, risk, transformation or professional education markets would be highly advantageous, alongside the credibility and commercial maturity required to operate at senior enterprise level.

Our client offers a dynamic international culture built around professionalism, innovation, accountability and long-term client partnership development. The Singapore office is located within the Paya Lebar commercial district, an increasingly important regional business hub positioned between Singapore’s CBD and Changi corridor with excellent transport connectivity and strong multinational corporate presence. The package includes a base salary of SGD $135,000-$150,000, uncapped performance incentives, hybrid working and the opportunity to evolve into broader regional commercial leadership responsibilities as the APAC operation continues to grow.
