re you a consultative new business sales professional who can turn complex HR conversations into long-term commercial partnerships? We are mandated by a global talent management consultancy, employing thousands of people worldwide and operating across multiple international markets, to recruit a New Business Account Director as part of their continued growth strategy. This opportunity has arisen due to ongoing investment in the UK sales function and increasing demand for workforce transformation, leadership development, outplacement and talent solutions. The business is expanding its enterprise client portfolio and is looking for an ambitious hunter who can win, develop and retain high-value accounts.

This is a true new business role focused on securing enterprise organisations with 1,000+ employees across the UK. You will engage senior HR Directors, Chief People Officers and Talent Leaders, helping them solve complex organisational challenges through a consultative and solutions-led approach. Supported by SDRs, marketing specialists and bid management resources, you will manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract signature and ongoing account development. Success will be measured through pipeline generation, client meetings, revenue growth and your ability to establish trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.

We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in new business sales within HR solutions, talent management, leadership development, organisational consulting, assessment solutions or related professional services environments. You will be commercially credible, highly resilient and comfortable navigating long sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and complex buying processes. Strong discovery, qualification and relationship-building skills are essential, along with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and uncover genuine business needs. Candidates who combine a hunter mentality with a consultative approach and a deep understanding of the HR landscape will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.
