Can you build trusted C-suite relationships while helping organisations solve complex leadership, talent and organisational performance challenges? CN Sales Recruitment has been mandated by a high-growth, founder-led leadership consulting and organisational performance business to appoint a Client Partner as part of its next phase of expansion. Employing approximately 15 people and generating £2 million in annual revenue, the business has established an impressive reputation working with corporate, private equity-backed and high-growth organisations navigating transformation, growth and change. This newly created role reflects increasing client demand and the company's ambition to accelerate growth through deeper strategic client engagement and commercial development.
Working at the intersection of consulting, business development and client leadership, you will develop trusted relationships with CEOs, founders, CHROs, People Leaders and private equity stakeholders. You will identify opportunities, shape commercially compelling solutions, lead proposals and help clients address leadership, talent, organisational effectiveness and transformation challenges. Alongside growing existing relationships, you will create new opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach and thought leadership activity. Success will be measured through revenue growth, client retention, account expansion and your ability to influence meaningful business outcomes for clients.
We are interested in speaking with commercially minded professionals who combine consulting credibility with business development capability. You may currently work within leadership consulting, organisational development, talent consulting, transformation consulting, executive assessment, coaching or a related advisory environment and have experience carrying revenue targets or growing client accounts. You will be comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, diagnosing organisational challenges, shaping solutions and influencing decision making at executive level. Equally important is an entrepreneurial mindset, strong commercial instincts and the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, evolving business.
In return, you will join a highly collaborative and ambitious organisation where your contribution will directly influence future growth and direction. You will work closely with an experienced leadership team, gain exposure to senior client stakeholders and have the opportunity to broaden your consulting, commercial and leadership responsibilities over time. The package includes a basic salary of £60,000-£80,000, £30,000-£40,000 commission opportunity, benefits package, professional development support and hybrid working with two days per week in the London office.
